Spring teases us, but Winter still chills us

Springtime around here is very exciting. It's like constant change without any hope of knowing what will happen next. Yesterday was beautiful, sunny, warm... all just good memories now. Because as I am typing this, my fingers are freezing. Today it might rain, shine, sleet, or...well, who knows? Not even the weather web sites can tell us for sure - they are hardly ever right, and if they are it was a lucky accident!

Despite the uncertainty in the weather, Sean and I still manage to have a lot of fun. We went skiing at Alta again several days ago and it was incredible. The powder was so fluffy and deep! I'm not used to skiing in powder, so it took a lot of adjustment. We figured out that if we leaned way back on our skis, we could fly straight down the hill and the ski tips would stay above the snow. The deep powder slowed us down enough that we weren't totally out of control (well...most of the time). What a great day! Here are some pictures of our snowy adventure:
