First snow of the season on Mt. Timp

I'm getting excited for ski season and the holidays! I will miss the
warm summer days full playing outside and swimming. Last night I saw
tiny snow flakes floating onto my grass and realized how precious
these last days of sunshine are. Makes me want to go on one last hike
before the mountains are too snowy. But isn't the snow pretty? This is
the view from my backyard:
